Fort Loramie Chamber of Commerce Minutes
June 8, 2021
President Nate Barhorst called the June 8, 2021 meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. at the Village of Fort Loramie Conference Room. Members present were: Nate Barhorst, Susie Singer, Tony Schmitmeyer, Rob Huddleston, Jason Meinerding, Ryan Homan, & Courtney Prueter.
Courtney Prueter moved to approve the minutes from the April 28th, meeting; Jason Meinerding seconded the motion. The motion carried, and the minutes were approved as submitted.

· Chamber Brochure
o Theresa Hoying is working on Aerials
· Website Uprades
o At the stage of getting member information
o Would like the information back by July 1st
o Containing-Logo, description, address, fax, contact
o Hope to get up and running by August 1st pending if most members submitted information
o Chamber General Info
· A Night at the Gazebo
o Sponsor update-have Dan Eilerman Construction, 5 Star Machine, Gehret Funeral Home, IMS, Village of Ft Loramie, The Chamber, Ratermann Insurance & Ft Loramie Dental
o Going to do 10 picnic tables, trash barrels, pub tables
· Summer Gazebo Party Event
o Going to have tent from Roger Bertke and have the portable restroom
o Food and drinks
§ Beer from Meyer’s Garage and Moeller Brew Barn
§ Food Trucks, German, BBQ,
o Music-looking into Mark Cantwill and another act to break up the day
o Bouce Houses-looking at Reliable and Heritage for them
New Business
o Extra Services that we can add-talked about maybe doing a Jpeg head shot for businesses
The meeting was adjourned by Rob Huddleston and Ryan Homan. The date and location of the next Chamber meeting is to be determined.
